This is a very relaxing healing session So come dressed in super comfortable clothes for optimal relaxation on the massage table where we will gently place hands on the body or just above in your auric field. gentle music, chakra checks, meditation, crystals & essential oils etc. may be utilized if so desired. The session ends with discussion, an angel card and message from spirit if so desired.

Animals can be so open and receptive to reiki! We do in calls and out calls, wherever your furry friend will be most relaxed , sessions can be anywhere from 10 min to hour depending on pet. with animals I tend to start with reiki on me first then I will send to the animal, connecting with them first, before placing my hands directly on them
